Now this is a likable, albeit little of meaning ranking: Of those who joined crunching on July 24, 2005 at WCG, I'm number one ;p Sign-up date 2005-07-24 Position in 'sign-up date' stats based on incremental update 1 Out of interest, where do you find the stats based on your join-date? Had a quick scan through the stats available, and couldn't see that option... 46th and falling fast. Was as high as the teens a year or so ago. Lost all my crunching PCs at work when they decided it was better for them to save money than lives. 48th  Down to 67th. Down a little more...now 87th but holding steady, for now.  95th  Was on hiatus, went to primegrid to get some badges. Rank now 121 129...movieman is 128. Lets see if I can catch up and overtake!  Nope, couldn't do it, not enough horse power. Only 130Gflops...133 Current Rank It's been a while since I posted here. 335 is my rank now. |

24th at the moment. The best I can expect is reaching 20 either because the GPU project ends or because I have to throttle down due to the rising external temps. As mclaver said after reaching the peak, the free fall will start. It is important to climb as high as possible as this is a one unique chance to do it. The higher the peak the longer the free fall  Finally ended up at 15th. This is 5 better than expected. And each rank at this level is worth over a hundred million. Ah! yes in case you misunderstood I was meaning points not dollars As the GPU crunching ends there will be a freezing in the ranking system, as after HCC GPU the daily scores will go down for GPU crunchers by a factor of 10-20. This means that myself as many of those that crunched GPU will keep their rank (as long as there is a good distance with the one lurking behind) for some time or until another GPU project starts.
