Re: Forum update?

Search... likeable as when you enter something in the box right top and search, it provides the result plus it has the advanced form open to refine the quest.

Re: Forum update?

Did you notice that text colours can now be used without them expanding and Century Fonts too.

Re: Forum update?

I subscribe to an RSS feed of the beta test forum using www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/rss?forum=181. The last twelve posts have been republished, presumably due to changing the forum software.

I thought I was in beta heaven for a moment. smile

Re: Forum update?

'My Profile' still does not show the Time Zone unless 'Edit My Profile' is selected. This will surely make many members think that there is no way to adjust the Time Zone.

Re: Forum update?

A few things I've noticed for the issue list:

email address, web site links no longer display in posts

{code}whatever{/code} does not work (as a way to monospace
- have yet to play with the fonts to see if any of them are monospace

EDIT: font tags seem to make no difference (none appear to be monospaced), also, the size tag appears to still be ignored as before but colors no longer result in the large size (good actually) but how do you get large text?

Re: Forum profile

Regarding the forum profile, is there a way to set the Default sort order of the Search results page to what I always use (i.e. Date descending), or maybe simpler, to remember my last choice in the Search form?
I wlll quickly find boring to always have to change this setting (which I wonder if it is useful to many searchers)?

Cheers. Jean.
