Regarding the forum profile, is there a way to set the Default sort order of the Search results page to what I always use (i.e. Date descending), Default sort order has been changed to date descending |

When trying to access the website from my home PC, everything is fine, except the forums, where I get the following: "Invalid Session. Please close your browser and try again. Reason: one servlet session but be accessed by more than one IP. Powered by mvnForum" I've tried rebooting the machine and even changing operating systems from Win XP to Linux, to no avail. What next? What does the second sentence mean? I have quoted the sentence correctly and it seems to be grammatically incorrect. This error is generated if the IP address of your previous request to the forums is different then the next IP address. We are disabling this 'feature' shortly. |

Nice updates, but this would have also been an awesome chance, to implement these beautiful badges to the website...
Well, maybe it's one of the next upcoming tasks on the whole update package... |

This error is generated if the IP address of your previous request to the forums is different then the next IP address. We are disabling this 'feature' shortly. Thank goodness for that. I was about to abandon any hope of seeing the forums again! I cannot imagine what possible benefit that "feature" would have.

As things seem to be settling down with the new forum, I'd just like to thank everyone involved for the hardwork that'll have gone into this upgrade

One new feature that I saw (and which I don't believe has been mentioned), is the ability to list members in various different ways - one, which I found, was via the number of posts each member has made... It is not really new, it is only easier to find.  I have used it with the previous version, even before being a CA, but I had found it by chance and I had carefully kept a bookmark. Cheers. Jean. |

Does though list many more on a page giving access to user profiles too, when signed in.
----------------------------------------Only now see that the forum Recent Threads list on left has below each post a page selector, if there are multiple. Great asset to jump right into a guesstimated target page to start reading on longer threads/discussions. edit: Still wish that any 'read only' posts are filtered out of the "unanswered threads list". No one to answer there in the self-help department.
