UPDATE ALERT! :) :) :) There are about 3.25 days of new work waiting to be sent out. This may move a little bit but should be between 3 and 4 days left of new work. So the estimate of Oct 1-2 is a pretty solid estimate :) I will try to let everyone know when the last new work goes out. Thanks! -Uplinger That sucking sound you heard was me queuing up 100 days of work. |

Don't go over 9 days que. With a 10 day que and a 10 day deadline, you'll likely have WU that miss the deadline because the completion times assigned to individual WU's by BOINC are only estimates.

Even though I'm not a "heavy hitter" in WCG, I hit Ruby and have pulled my machines off IADS. Good luck to those trying to get a new badge.

honestly If you return 1 work unit at all . I will say thank you
----------------------------------------if you return many i am even happier you dont have to be a heavy hitter to make a diffrence. and i do consider you a heavy hitter.. you have over 7 years of runtime on World comunity grid and are in the top 4800 out of 480,000+ members. so your in the top 1% of all members on WCG.. acording to your boinc stats signature your combind is in the top 99.8%. I am not far behind on the WCG standpoint. wish i could have gotten a better IADS badge but i didnt have the spair time to focus my computers in an attempt to do so. ![]() |

For those of you keeping track, we're down to about 100 batches left. At our current batches/day rate that equates to less than 2 days left for new work if the batches are being sent in sequence.
I'm switching over to Rice since I have enough queued up to reach Sapphire. Good luck to the other badge hunters. |

I will wonder if for some kind of lucky, this project last few days more and with few work units more ...maybe until October 6 or 7... (maybe follow similar slow down final distribution WU's cadence that I saw on CEP1...).
----------------------------------------I really would like to colaborate a little bit more days for this project to reach my personal target (despite of the 10 days job buffer per machine that we can get right now...). I am watching, working on that, and crunching at full speed with all machines to colaborate more and more... ![]() Edit: PS: just received WU's from 802 batch... now I really guess that probably will be impossible lasting more than october 2 (the normal WU's distribution of new batches...).
Cheers ! GIB@

Just saw batch 806, but I've got enough to hit Sapphire. I'm moving on to the next target.
----------------------------------------Good luck to everyone still striving to reach their goals. ![]() |

I've got some WU's 821 in the last hour.
Good Luck to everyone hunting for their badges. I'll stop accepting new influenza units by dropping the buffersize. I should be able to get gold now, so the rest is for you all. Enjoy! |

I should have enough in the cache to get Ruby. I'm on to Rice & HFCC, but I will do some quick calculations after tonights' stats update in case I need to grab another work unit or two!
