Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 40 smilesmile

I'm sure I'm out of place here, but keep an eye on Obama. If he signs a treaty at the UN for climate change, he has broken the law. He can't commit our money without approval and he can be impeached and removed from office for that...
Simply stated, he has no authority to commit government funds without approval.

Yeah, you forget that NO ONE cares about the constitution any more. Not the Democrats, and certainly not the Republicans who went to war illegally under false pretenses, wiretapped the American public, and committed acts of torture as outlined by the Geneva Convention. Our founding fathers would be very disappointed in the modern Republican and Democratic Parties.

It wasn't just the republicans who went to war, it was all of them. I remember quotes from Kerry, Hillary, Kennedy, etc. all endorsing going into this. They deny it now but they think of us as such fools that we can't record anything.
The Geneva Convention only applies to military personnel - not "freedom fighters."
The wiretapping thing is over-the-line, but what the heck? I'm not doing anything wrong so I could care less if the government is listening. If I'm not speaking Arabic, or saying any of the key-words that they are looking for, the computers doing the scanning dump the conversation. If they learn some information doing that (which they did) then we are all the safer for it.
On the other side, forced payment for health care is not constitutional. It will never happen.
The government is not allowed to own private companies, like perhaps GM. They are also not allowed to dictate the CEO salaries. Yet, they are doing it now.
Hillary Clinton can't run around the world getting this country involved in a $100 billion payout for China, yet she thinks she can.
Obama can't keep appointing these czars that congress hasn't vetted, and allow them to make decisions that directly affect the intentions of this country.
This country is run by the people of this country, not the government. The people of this country do not want socialized medicine, and since the global warm scam has been exposed, the people of this country are no longer interested. Yet this administration keeps trudging on with a blind eye towards the citizens that actually own this country.
Illegal aliens are criminals. Thanks to this administration, they can no longer be prosecuted for identity theft, either. No other country on this planet would tolerate this, yet in California they are openly accepted and given free college educations. The people that live here and pay the taxes for their free education can't even get a free education.
I'm not sure why this administration doesn't just cut the Constitution up into 3 inch squares and start using it as toilet paper and flush it. Perhaps it's not soft enough.
The stresses are high and I figure that something is going to break.

Obama is a constitutional lawyer from America's most prestigious law school, a school which has produced more Supreme Court Justices than any other institution. It was George Bush's willful disregard for the law and for human rights (Gitmo, Torture-Gate, etc.) that deserves your reproach, not Barack Obama. What Obama and the Dems want is for everyone to have access to healthcare - to view health-care the same way we treat the fire department and police departments, as necessary emergency services. And yes, you should keep your private health care in addition and be able to receive access to even better health care if you are unhappy with the government's offerings.
