Re: It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!

Some good weather forecasting there, uplinger. What are you doing at WCG? Most farmers would pay you lots of money for forecasts like that.

Hmm ... The small shower of Type A's a little while ago seemed rather small for the amount of Types B & C in this rain event. Were some of the Type A's done in-house?

This seems to be the largest release of work so far in the DDDT2 project. Does this mean that the results seem to be meaningful, and the project is ramping up to full speed?

Our greetings to the scientists, BTW.

I've picked up 6! New personal record for me. That gets me very close to 3 days DDDT2 total crunshing time. Only 2 years left for bronze at this speed.

Re: It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!

... so overnight 3 came in of the *sq* type with a deadline of the 16th... repairs. All the same error showed on the original Result log and probably someone that bit more of than could be chewed:

<core_client_version>6.10.17</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
fork() failed: Cannot allocate memory
</message>
]]>

They run HP as they initially assumed to run 9 hours inflating, a cache loaded with these beyond inflation, but running fine, after 1:05 on 67%. Lots more backfill precious will be needed to get to goldness as that 8 days they're adding up to per BOINC are really only 2 days worth. :(

I've gotten 10 repairs. All but 3 of them were this exact error. I guess client version 6.10.17 may need to be upgraded if someone wants to crunch DDDT2.

Truly piroque, absolutely nothing at all to do with the BOINC version. The 6.10.17 is just what happens to be in the repository since Canonical who maintains Synaptic itself has as yet not taken .56 nor .58. i.e. the majority will be running on Linux with 6.10.17 and given the homogeneous redundancy and release sequence at Berkeley a most unlikely version number to be seen on the Windows side.

edit corrected the address... not nasher blushing

Most of those repair units are on Windows machines.
