Ubuntu Lucid Lynx 10.04 - 64 bit (Pushing the needle through the red zone of the speedometer)
in multiboot with
Windows 7 - 64 bit
Windows 7 - 32 bit

And to juice this up, Windows 7 is rapidly racing to the top of the contributors list per BOINCstats, only second to Windows 2008 Server R2:

Definitely, Linux 10.04 64 bit is faster for all sciences, but specifically HCC is twice as fast as under Windows 64 bit and more compared to windows 32 bit, which we've been more or less shouting off the roof since version 6.08 was released of that science.[/ot]
