nm series. Anyone know anything about the series

Currently running nm056. Just curious what this may be. Did we skip the nl series? Maybe we ran through the nl series so fast that I did not notice.

Are we closing down to the end of HPF2?

A short update would be that we have plenty more work queued up. I added "Chlamydomonas reinhardtii" into the pipeline (wikipedia it for a description). It's a few months worth of work and it will give us time to set up the Human Microbiome proteins (mentioned in previous posts) which will run for a very long time.

batches don't necessarily arrive at the feeder or come out of the distributor in pure sequential order, the last 15 received here were of this assortment... 12 out of 15 being of the batch you missed [maybe due crunching absence :-]

Re: nm series. Anyone know anything about the series

Granted my computer only does 2-4 tasks per day, but the nk and nm were right next to each other in the queue. That's why I wondered if we skipped the nl. Obviously not, must have run fast or out of order....wow!

Re: nm series. Anyone know anything about the series

Think to have read that the batch table was going to be updated here

http://homepages.nyu.edu/~rb133/wcg/experiments.html

No nm at all here, continuous flow of nl after the last nk937 I see in the BOINCTasks utilities completed results history.

Re: nm series. Anyone know anything about the series

I have seen nk, nl and nm WU's over the last 3 days or so - but in almost random order - with a large number of nl's yesterday and today. Hope that helps.
