Blueprint, Once out of school , if you want to be good the learning and studing, never ends but it is certainly much more relaxing and less stressful as it is on your schedule and not the professors. Obviously spelling is not my strength but it could be worse such as being a journeymen or worse at my selected profession! Keep working as it does pay off and I have seen many a professional stop advancing/learning as soon as they finish school. An easy trap to fall into. I love to learn. It's just finding motivation to keep at it (and thwart the temptation to waste time with other 'meaningless' stuff). It's the semester break now and I know everyone's taking a break from study, but I still like to spend ~8 hours a week at the uni library reading about anything that interests me (psychology at the moment). I have a good idea on what you mean, thanks for the advice. As for Kiva, four loans so far. Temptation to make another bunch is rather strong! Quite a long term commitment though, 26-months for one of them.. I'll be a completely different person by then. Thats also very fascinating.. how much will change by then for me, them, us, the world.. |

We're now less than 10 million points from hitting our first half-billion. Looking like late this month so far. What is going to be interesting is to see whether RT or Marysduby is the first to hit 50 million. I have this weird feeling in my gut that somehow they are going to hit it on the same day!

We're now less than 10 million points from hitting our first half-billion. Looking like late this month so far. What is going to be interesting is to see whether RT or Marysduby is the first to hit 50 million. I have this weird feeling in my gut that somehow they are going to hit it on the same day! I have not done any calculations on it but it looks to me like Dubby will get there first. But.. I should not be too very far behind. |
