@coolstream Sounds a DNS problem ...your DNS is not picking up the new address for the sigs.

I used to it from statistic twice daily. Once/day can be fine too if there are some obstacles.

I agree with you, BladeD. Tried everything at my end and eliminated all I could personally do. Once done, remembered that after my problems with ISP which left me unable to get new WUs from WCG for a month due to DNS translation issue on their part, that I configured firewall box to route through OpenDNS.
----------------------------------------This has been no problem so the firewall has been kept this way.Using OpenDNS toolbox, I managed to send a request to refresh their tables. It has taken a few days, but the issue now appears to have been resolved and YIPPEE, I can now see the wcgsig page again. And everyones sigs are now visible to me again. @mali vuk, checking the table twice a day ![]() ![]() ![]() Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. |

@mali vuk, checking the table twice a day ![]() ![]() Well I did not looked in this way so far! ![]() Yes seriously, I'm checking stat once-twice per day, because my machines are not on the same place and i need to know if they are working. It is easy with quick look on daily chart . ![]() |

OK, mali vuk, we can all be devils some time, it'd what makes us more interesting
----------------------------------------![]() There is a program you may well be interested in to help you monitor your machines. It is called BoincTasks. The link will show what it looks like and describes what it can do. When configured to do so, you can even do your monitoring in the cloud. Combining this tool with a machine running BOINC as a service would mean that if you weren't at home and saw that a machine had stopped crunching, you could even tell your granny to switch the machine off then back on. No need for logging in and you could then continue to monitor progress from a distance. For more safety, you could run BoincTasks with its sister program TThrottle. With this 'addon' you set a maximum CPU temperature and then crunching is throttled (reduced) to bring the CPU temp down to your chosen limit. Once installed and running, TThrottle can be controlled via BoincTasks. It is a very versatile tool with a very active forum and if you had any questions, we would be only too pleased to help. ![]() Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. |

Is this still a viable option for new sig blocks?
