Erm...Snurk? I don't know if it's just me, but the signature doesn't seem to have been updated for about 2 days now. It's not just you. The script failed last night, so it's behind one day now. By the way, you can always find the time of the last update at the top of the signature ranking. Let's hope for a good run the coming night.  greetings, SNURK |

I've been away for 6 months, by away I mean offline, how long will it take before I update again? Will it happen at the next WCG update? Or does it take a while?

Inactive members (inactive means no results for more than 30 days) get a trimmed down version of the signature. It lacks the country and team ranking. That's what you are seeing right now when you look at your sig. This is for saving valuable run time and bandwidth during the nightly update. As soon as you get some new results in and validated, your signature will spring back to the full version on the next update, which is due in a couple of hours.
