Are you using BAM? or an other Account Manager?

It's all (I think, therefore...) in that one tickbox that I've written about probably a half dozen times on our forums, that needs to be marked over at BOINCstats in the http://boincstats.com/bam/resources.php page, column "attach new host by default". Tick the box and update.
----------------------------------------Proper order after that, first time and first time only after a clean install once above has been set: 1. Attach WCG project to the client! (When *NO* BAM or GridRepublic has been associated yet!) 2. Attach BAM account manager to the client. 3. Hit BAM Sync in the client to verify. Done

Are you using BAM? or an other Account Manager? NO. And since the issue was only one 1 machine and I have yet to find the stdoutdae.txt file that Sek wants and the machine seems to be running fine I'm letting it go.
