EDIT: be interesting to see how this plays out in the end cool

Mine says 103 Gflops. Is that an average, or is it what I am currently producing? I have increased my number of cores over time as I replace old computers with newer quad (runs 8 tasks at a time). I am now up to computing 32 tasks at a time.

Theres an out dated picture, but you get the idea. 15 misc Intel Hexa cores in a WCG farm plus an extra hexacore, 1 i7-930, and a dual e5520. Or 216 overclocked threads running WCG 24/7 biggrin

Re: 'Globe update recognition thread'

Snurk, do you have any current statistics on how many of each globe there currently are? Of course, this would be of those who have your signature. It would be interesting to know if any have reached the X-Sapphire.

Re: 'Globe update recognition thread'

Hi downtowndan,

The latest statistics which SNURK provided (as far as I'm aware), was on the 19th of Jan - as can be seen here

So, yes - there's at least 1 person who's achieved X-Sapphire, and if you've been a regular visitor to these boards, it shouldn't take a genius to work out who that massive contributor is cool

He will get to you. Sometimes he does not do any for days, then he will do many at once. Give him time.

Re: 'Globe update recognition thread'

Generally, SNURK isn't around at weekends - I'm sure he'll create all requested signatures between his last batch and the time he returns ASAP. Also, I'm sure he'll kick off the process for refreshing all the existing badges at the same time...

Please don't forget, he is just an ordinary cruncher (i.e., a volunteer), just like you and I. He doesn't work for WCG, and this isn't his full time job biggrin
