Got
Error reading job description file A.26.C19H13N3S3Si.129.3.jobs from E202757_ 619_ A.26.C19H13N3S3Si.129.3.set1d06_ 0-- Result obviously error status. Curious as to what it means? Don't see any signs of disk corruption (it is a RAID 10 set showing no verification errors) and nothing should have deleted it as the virus scanner is set to exempt both the BOINC data location and the boinc.exe and boincmgr.exe processes. |

Hi,
Where did you copy this line from... the Result log or the BOINC Msg log? Guess this is the first time you're observing a CEP2 fail and think it means exactly what it says. Techs would have to look into this, should they suspect something v.v. the new download servers. Quick scan of the forums for the exact error, only seen once before, during beta testing before CEP2 launched: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...ad,29850_offset,50#295164 A rarity, so would not worry about it until it repeats. --//-- |

The result log at WCG website. The whole thing is:

Not sure if this exit code information is applicable to your problem, or not.

Not sure if this exit code information is applicable to your problem, or not. Might...I came onto a "Windows Update Services has updated your computer. Your computer was restarted..."-ish message sometime during that time frame. Rather blew my careful attempts to suspend before restarts and so on. And highly annoying, especially as I run a WSUS server to "control" the propagation of updates. I don't think that "Updates are ready for installation" task bar icon in any way, shape, or form means "All available updates are ready for installation." Anyway, thanks! |

It's the last line/footnote in the article linked by littlepeaks... if you had 5.10.45 or higher of BOINC, it's N/A.

I use BOINC 6.10.58 but had this error in the last two days three times. So I can only solve the problem by using one of the possibilities described in that article?!
