The error still reproduces for me on IE8. This browser has never connected to the WCG website before. |

Hi SekeRob. Thank you for looking into this.
Are you changing the profile itself or are you changing which profile is associated with which device? The problem we're having is with the latter. Device Manager->[pick a device]->[pick any profile in the select box]->Save Results in: Error The member name entered could not be found. Your action has resulted in an error. |

"Went in this morning and just now both via Device Manager, then clicking on a profile next to a device"
Works for me as well but I want to change this device to another profile not the default as it's set as now. "Device Manager > Device Profile" Nope still doesn't work on the latest FF or ie9, also cleared cache's, cookie's to no avail. This is a new issue for me, never seen it before |

While trying to change the profile for one of my devices I had this error message too (The member name entered could not be found.). I did logout and logedin again but with no different results.

Yes, please try again if you were encountering that issue. I have applied an update to the website recently that should fix the issue.

Thanks, -Uplinger Yup that seems to have fixed it for me, thanks. It would be nice if there was some sort of confirmation that the new profile had been upated or changed. Currently you select the new profile, hit save and that is it, no feedback from the web site. How about a "your profile has been changed" or something along those lines? |
