Thread: What Happened to inconclusive? |

In the good old days.....of about a few weeks ago......we used to be able to filter results on "Inconclusive".
Now this choice is no longer there.....where did it go and when? |

It's now Pending Verification - as noted in the website changes made last night.

to me - Pending Verification meant I was waiting for the verifier to run or waiting a wingman Inconclusive meant another copy had/was being sent out to check. Neither of those was confusing. Now it is as it does not make clear that another copy has to be sent out"! |

Sure there were going to be some who needed sending to the Gulag for re-education ;P. Whilst PV Jail might not be the same again, strictly speaking "Inconclusive" were just differently marked inmates... waiting for a buddy in their small room to break out. ...told you that it was now MORE confusing....we have TWO PVs meaning different things......and no, I have no intention of typing out in full, I will refer to both as PV! (I am lazy)

We have MinB and MaxAB acronyms for the new version 7 client, so use PVal and PVer if you need qualification of what's your current PeeV.

Not sure if that got entirely the same meaning [in English]... it's been decided after a long time, so think it's locked.
