I'm logged onto WCG and can see my stats etc.
Clicked Device Manger button and can see all my devices. Click on any device and try to change the profile and get the subject error??? Obviously I'm logged in so I don't know why WCG is throwing up this error and not allowing me to change a profile? Ideas anyone? TIA |

I suspect you may be correct there fellow team member :)
May have introduced a bug or database error or just plain frozen database while enhancements are made to the system. Wait and see I guess... |

Try logging out, clearing cookies, exit browser, open browser, try again, then let us know.
(I dont use "remember me" btw... my browser settings do not allow persistent cookies beyond the point of exiting the browser.) --//-- |

Using Chrome 19.0.1086.56 (latest stable release) if that makes a difference. ETA: I can do everything else on my account, it is just changing profiles. Went in this morning and just now both via Device Manager, then clicking on a profile next to a device and also via Device Manager > Device Profile. Made a change and saved. FF 13 and can't reproduce (FF is 32 bits on 64 bit OS). Tried same on IE9 (64bit) and no issue.
