Re: regarding DB2 maintenance notice

Time gentlemen please. Last one out gets to take the dog home! shock

I've just remembered a question I meant to ask earlier. If you finish a task on time but cannot return it until the server starts to accept results again tomorrow, will they still be treated as being valid?

I guess what I am trying to say is, 'Will the deadlines be extended by 24 hours to reflect that it was impossible to return results on time'?

I will be manually extending deadlines before I turn on the transitioner. It won't show up on your client, but it will work properly on the server.

Re: regarding DB2 maintenance notice

I downloaded the max on Sat and Sun AM but my 7970s are about 3 hours from running dry. O well, they could use a rest :). Thanks for keep us current.

I can see that you run version 7.0.28 on the two rigs in question. I don't know if that is the problem. I now run 7.0.42 and 44 and I got (almost) my full allowance of 3000 WU per GPU. Anyway I sure that there will an additional stop to correct whatever failed the first time so grab the downtime and update to a newer version. BTW you can run more GPU units on your GPUs. You should get at least 110K with only one GPU in these rigs if they run 24/7 (unless you game on both rigs) laughing

Yes I noticed. Massive WU influx over the pond is to be expected.

I think it is 5 - 6K WU's "In progress" per GPU (http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...ad,34589_offset,10#408756) but for 7.0.4x only confused (http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...ad,34589_offset,10#408839)

Cheers peace
