Erm, re my appetite.....by "not uncommon" I meant it has been like that for 20 years+.....but lately seems odd.
----------------------------------------This year I seem to only be eating the one meal each day. Though I can and do consume a fair amount of chocolate (including dark). I think I should try avoiding chocolate/treats altogether a while and see if my appetite improves. Losing too much weight............time to rediscover breakfast. Edit: Seems we have a pattern going here.......7th/7th/5th.........time/points/results. Oh and water...........not touched the stuff since I moved from Liverpool 18 years ago........water here ugh ugh ugh.

The only time I was in england and scotland I could not find any drinking water.
I ended up buying something called ice thinking I could let it melt then drink it. Turns out ice was the name of an ice cream like product made out of lard. Can we say YUCK!!!!! |

erm...........tapwater is fine..........better than the bottled stuff.
But Devon water tastes kinda odd..........and they go mad with the chlorine too.......sometimes the tub smells like the swimming pool |
