So, I figured I would start a thread for people to talk about how they are promoting WCG and getting the word out. I have actually sent emails to various organizations recently asking them about their involvement with DC'ing and then plugged WCG in the event they had no idea what I was asking including WCG's website.
----------------------------------------Here is a website with a nice list of Cancer organizations. http://www.neho.org/cancer_societies.html I figured if a lot of people bring the topic up at these organizations, maybe they will at least try running WCG. Worst case scenario they just disregard the inquiry. Edit: typo [Edit 1 times, last edit by Coleslaw at Mar 21, 2013 7:02:25 PM] |

Already got a response from one of them. It isn't much, but at least someone will look at it.

I once wrote to a computer magazine in Portugal and they said they would publish an article about WCG and that they even contacted IBM but I never really bought the magazine so I have no idea if they published it or not. I also wrote to several national associations for Cancer and AIDS but didn't get any responses.
