UK Team crunching records
----------------------------------------It probably passes un-noticed in the Morning Updates that UK crunching Records are headed UK Team post HCC Records . This was introduced because in the immediate aftermath of HCC GPU ending there was no prospect of the UK Team meeting, or exceeding, the records set when GPU was running full bore. Eighteen months on, the Team has grown strongly, not least with the addition of Mamajuanauk and the distinction has become increaseingly irrelevant. As can be seen from the comparision below only at Pts6 & Pts7 and Res4 onwards are there records set when GPU was running. The distinction will therefore disappear for 2015. AllTime Post HCC For completeness I should point out that it has occasionally been necessary to adjust the raw data to smooth out the distortion caused by System downtime. Finally in my roundup of 2014: Our busiest day for "Activity" was Mon 17 Nov with 86 members returning work whilst Tue 30 Dec set a record with 89 members validating results. Thanks for all the positive feedback on the Yearend Roundup - it makes it all worthwhile! ![]() |

@jonnieb - While this info is available for those who look for it, to see it all sumarised like this makes interesting reading. The team have progressed well from 2004 onwards. I have on occasions manipulated the stats for my account, so I fully appreciate the mammouth task you have undertaken!
----------------------------------------Many thanks for all your efforts, it is very much appreciated! My hat's off to you! ![]() ![]() ![]()

My addition to the UK team was eagerly anticipated through July after I announced I'd be joining, I do hope I have lived up to the anticipation and will continue to do so...
----------------------------------------That having been said, without my numerous Wingmen who validate most of the workunits, all my crunching would go by the wayside. I applaud the commitment of those crunchers who have just a few cores to donate, however many cores that may be, they all make a difference and are as relevant to the combined effort as all my cores. Badges may be slow in coming, but the results returned keep ramping up validating other work and help in the overall total both for the team and the Grid. One thing I will never do is to under value my wingmen and their contribution! My hat's off to all you Guys & Girls too! ![]() ![]() ![]()
