Regarding GPU projects outside WCG for the UK team, I was wondering why I wasn't getting any WUs through for GPUgrid.net. This morning I saw it was for only Nvidia GPUs, so unfortunately that's not good for me as I'm running AMDs.

I will continue to crunch Collatz Conjecture WUs until WCG get's GPU projects back. Our UK team for CC is climbing the ranks fast so if anyone wants to join the 4 of us currently crunching, it's a nice way to show off your GPU power wink Plus it doesn't use any of your CPU cores so your WCG runtime won't be affected.

Got back home yesterday evening after holiday in Lake District. Pleased both PCs were still crunching. Great to see Scribe join us in last week smile. Hope enjoy the reunion (and many more to come).


I've returned 1st GPUgrid result this morning on Dell Laptop with 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680M (GPU memory clocked to 2160MHz; Graphics clock 648MHz; GPU temp 65deg C). Took around 12hrs to complete. Still trying to work out how to get it to use 2 GPUs (WCG running on 7.5 CPU threads at moment, with GPUGrid taking up 0.5 CPU thread)... Higher number of GPUgrid results showing as originally had joined back in 2010 before that PC fried after CPU cooler failed.
