Update:

Main box is still crunching, however it has no connection out at the moment due to the local f/w being down.

It should be back up and connectable soon.

Note self: make sure your mate does not delete the VM firewall.

Obviously easier said than done - Last Result still shows 01-03-15 14:42:55

Message from Scribe/Alan's sister
Has anyone heard anything from or about Alan/Scribe?

Not seen anything for a while from him...???


I've had to register with this Group just now, in order to tell you all the sad news that Alan died peacefully on Tuesday 24th. March in a Nursing Home, with his wife and son at his side.

His funeral took place on Thursday of this week, attended by close family.

My condolences to Alan's wife and son and to all those who grieve for his loss.

Thanks to everyone for your kind messages of condolence ..... I will miss him a lot, as he was my "Big Bruv".

Perhaps when your Administrator has a spare moment, he could "de-register" or delete my membership on here for me please?
