I've tried Win 8 and I hated it, Win 7 for me smile .........

Ah but this gets Win 8 to look more like Win 7. When I bought my HP from PC World there was no way to get anything but Win 8....so.....hopefully it will be much better when I get the update wink

The vast majority of people don't like Win8. In fact, the truth of the matter is that most peole don't know that it is very similar to Win7 once you get over the new interface and into the desktop. Also, the new interface is actually superb once you know how to use it.

Win8.1 might help with this a bit because it adds back the start button but even better than that is a little addon called Start is Back. I recommend it to anyone who has trouble getting used to Win 8. It then is almost like Win 7 but better!
