Good Morning Team. Answering your questions Dave here is my 3d worth.
----------------------------------------1. The newly added overtakes lists... is the information clear enough (I understand it, but does anyone else), and would you prefer a wider or narrower range than the arbitrarily chosen 7 above and below? Seems clear enough for me. Figures above team UK are the days to overtake them while figures below are the days before the other team will overtake UK 2. Would you like to see a pie chart of the current results mix and the points mix over the last week, in addition to the run time? The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned. I don't know if I would find it interesting but I won't know until I see it. 3. I was thinking of reordering (everywhere) the runtime/results/points lists, to be runtime/points/results, because the number of results is a pretty irrelevant statistic and should go last, maybe. Really, points are the most important (in terms of contributing to research) but runtime is what gets badges. Seems sensible 4. Is there any value in extending the "personal bests" thing, to include data about when they were achieved, and hence showing personal bests for everybody rather than just those achieved in the last week (and also adding that information to the member comparator). Personally I would like to know what my personal bests are. Given that the number of results are freaky and very dependant on WU size then that is the least of my interests. Run time and points generated too can be manipulated by not reporting for a few days and then sending in a whopper (technical term!) 5. Is the performance OK? Would you like me to try to add a "loading" graphic during the few seconds it takes the page to load? (I tried once, and failed.) Not an issue for me even with my Oh So Slow internet. 6. Any other ideas? I'll let you know when I have something concrete. Thanks again for all of your hard work Dave

Thanks Rod. Yes, you're right about the overtakes, with the added fact that green is good and red is bad. I've added the recent points mix, which serves to indicate that FAAH2 are a bit mean with their points. I'll have a look at reorganising the personal bests in the next day or two, since it requires some thought. I was distracted today by trying to improve things under the hood, because whilst it looks good on the screen, the code is not up to my normal exacting standards, probably because I'm not getting paid for it.

Hopefully my work submissions should increase a little now. Noticed the CPU was getting very hot (90°C) and kept throttling itself (haven't done any cooling maintenance since September 2014 - oops!). New case fan, thermal compound renewed and some dusting have bought it back down to 60°C odd under load.

Good morning team and commiserations for those of you who are not retired (or have to go to work). The sun is just touching the top of the trees and it promises to be a dry warm day here. We have had family visitors for the last week and they have now returned to Sucre so the house is back to normal. Grass cutting today I think!
----------------------------------------I like the new stats Dave Congratulations on the 10 year Diamond TMC
