These are are all on the same laptop and across all available projects, This just started yesterday. I have to go but I'll reboot Gato first.

Every thing is working now since the restarting the PC. I'll be checking the laptop to see if I can determine the cause.

I think most of the times, this error is because the firewall and/or the AV get in the way.

Never came up with a cause. All is working well since the problem occurred, so I've moved on. Firewall/AV appear to have played no part.
