Hi all: I thought there was an option to set how many cep2 tasks can run at 1 time (# of cores running CEP2) - but can't seem to find it - can anybody help me?

The WCG Device Profiles control the number of CEP2 tasks you can have in the que, but not the number that run concurrently. That can be controlled by using an "app_config.xml" file in the WCG project folder of the Boinc data folder.
----------------------------------------There are a ton of posts on how to set that up, just search for "app_config.xml" (no quotes) in the forums. Note that it requires you be running client 7.40 or later. Bill P

I set "Number of workunits per host" to 4 in "Device Profiles", and am running on all 4 cores of my iMac without any additional setup, is it not supposed to do that?
