Re: Seeing more frequent "Maximum disk usage exceeded" on current series

Indeed, we are chewing on rather big molecules these days, but easier ones are on the horizon. Hang in there, everybody!
Best wishes,
Your Harvard CEP team

Re: Seeing more frequent "Maximum disk usage exceeded" on current series

We're still inside the 20-80MB range that was given for uploading, but by chance seeing a big mol 64MB _4 in the transfer queue. Me octo, which is set to only run 4 threads CEP2 to get the most throughput, using spare cycles from the idle HT threads, is barely able to complete any task now within the 12 hour cut-off where last week it would mostly do them in 11 hours or there-abouts. Bigguns taking 15 minutes to send up from the Italian Out-back.

There are a few hundred really big ones in the queue now which may or may not run. After that we are back in easy waters.
