Download Issue (again)

Download issue again for FightAIDS projects on all my located computers. Can't download project/files from boinc-client on Ubuntu Server 12.04.

"Temporary failed download" but Internet is OK. Begun maybe one hour ago.

Can you confirm ?

This is sadly a bad day for resolving problems. :'(

A stalled download blocks any request for new work units. So I had to change my device profile for excluding FAAH, to abort the stalled download and to update BOINC.

BOINC 7.0.27 with Ubuntu 12.04 --- BOINC 7.2.33 with Win7 HP

I have one FAAH AutoDock WU from Autodock 7.15 batch stuck in downloading and a crapload of VINA 7.06 batch WU's stuck downloading for at least the past hour or so. Closing BOINC and rebooting and then restarting BOINC client didn't help any either.

Hello yojimbo197,
My temporary fix was to select Settings - (Selected Profile) and then uncheck Run All Projects and FightAIDS@Home. Then I saved my new profile. Then I brought up BOINC Manager and Aborted all my FAAH and FAHV work units in the Tasks tab. Then I Updated WCG in the Projects tab.

Then I went back to hunting for Christmas bargains. When people say that the server problem is fixed, I shall run FightAIDS@Home again.
