WiFi devices not Disconnecting when done

Custom Profile:
Network Usage
Confirm before connecting to Internet? No
Disconnect when done? Yes

This is in use on several WCG Android devices
that connect using WiFi to a WiFi Hotspot.

The Hotspot has a maximum device limit.
So I need the WCG devices to automatically
disconnect after each communication session
so many more devices can share the Hotspot
than its' limit.

So far, no WCG device ever voluntarily disconnects.
So, in about 18 minutes, the Hotspot itself
forces all connected devices to disconnect.
This is undesirable.

BOINC version: 7.2.39 from Play Store
OS: Android 4.2.2 & 4.4.2

One of given reason would be the reason for that issue.
01.Insufficent adapter power
02.Overloaded wifinetwork
03.Issue of the device you use ( I f so it would be better if you can get official response through particular customer service)
04.Cahnnel overlap

For more information please check this givenlink

Re: WiFi devices not Disconnecting when done

At the very minimum the Windows BOINC client has a disconnect option, literally "disconnect when done", which I've standard selected. It too has "Confirm before connecting to internet", but never used it. Think it is from the days of dial-up modem.

You could try upgrading to the BOINC 7.4.53 or 7.16.3 APK and see if you fare better.

I've sideloaded latter on my Android 6.0 as it would not offer 7.16.3. It runs great.
