I have a completed workunit, but when I try to upload it, when the upload completes (progress bar reaches 100%), the status shows 'Upload: retry in ...' and the workunit did not upload and it stays at 100% upload progress without uploading. when I tried to retry upload, the progress reset to 0% and the problem arises again.

Hi marcus1234, yes, it's a known issue - as Harvard (who these _4 files get uploaded to), are currently moving their servers around. Thus, they're offline for a little while.

Let's get this straight. New work is not circulated, but repair jobs are, so this tells me, now trying to upload _4 part of the _ 2-- copy:

Please could the technicians reset the deadlines, so this does -not- occur to any result that did net get reported back before the harvard outage started. Best laid plans with loose ends? |
