To the Clean Energy Project computer scientistes. I am so sorry to said that i was oblige to often kill your task because you use too much my computer. All the others tasks end after about 2, 3, 4 hours but your tasks use 8 hours and your task is only done for 50% !!!!! Can you cut your task in 2 or 3 normal tasks as others done Thanks for your answer Langue Paris ( France ) |

Furthermore, you have an additional 7 days to turn in the task past the "deadline" reported by the project. The deadline is there more for the project, at that point another replication is sent out just in case the first one went AWOL.

I have seen some MCM1's take 8 hours too. Also I find that the % is not always accurate for CEP2's as I see 20% to 30% and then it gets turned in. This is also after 3 to 4 hours of CPU time. For CEP2, they did say that it uses more resources so that is expected:
https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=minimumreq You can always just focus on MCM1's or FAAH projects and opt out of CEP2. The WU's will not be adjusted when they are this far along in the project. |
