---------------------------------------- Picking up on some of the points made: E&OE, as cjslman says, is Errors & Omissions Excepted and is from finance (my background). I use it in this case because the spreadsheet was developed over several days and there maybe errors which only some to light in sustained use or detailed examination. The error on Falconet's globe being a case in point. Whilst the spreadsheet is a relatively simple data collection exercise it is greatly complicated by the formatting needed to make the report fit for publcation in the forum. The point was made by twilyth and others in various threads that there was a lack of recognition by WCG for the achievements of individual members. Ctunching is a solitary pastime and whilst there are threads to announce your own achievement of milestones, badges and globes, blowing your own trumpet is IMO unsatisfying. This is my attempt to give all* users limited 3rd party recognition within the confines of the forum. I would hope that WCG will develop this idea further. Ideally it would be available under the Community tab and cover all (active) members. Provision could be made for Users to allow automated interaction with social media: twitter, facebook etc. As to methodolgy I started with the stats (extracted via the API) of ~880 Users who have Globe sigs and added ~300 other Users who I have seen in the forum (either posting or lurking) over the last week. More will be added as time goes by. *All users is therefore a misnomer. The stats are then updated weekly to produce the report. I am looking again at the Ranking milestones which are possibly too numerous:
[edit]Just 399 days Runtime will achieve a ranking of ~#100,000 so the lower milestones are not required. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
