it worked...WUs that were misteriously on the Tasks, reapeared with "donwload failed" signature...
----------------------------------------then the download started...2x 60MB of CEP work data...they couldn't make it more "easier"? :/ company network admin will be joyful of that! :P |

Just reset the WCG on BOINC...no change!

Can somebody figure what is this about? Why are checksum signatures errored? :/ Noticed that the WUs gets status of "Download failed" as soon as project engine has been downloaded... :( Switching to projects at rosetta@home...if it doesn't work out, will switch completely to different projects! Is it possible you were unwittingly offline ? That happens to me from time to time. It can be checked by opening your browser.

Is it possible you were unwittingly offline ? That happens to me from time to time. It can be checked by opening your browser. ![]() NOPE, not that! Writing to you from IE10 or Opera, just now...from the same network! Also, same thing happens to rosetta@home, tasks "Download failed", as soon as engine is downloaded, evene though all download goes to 100% with OK... So it must be sthg wrong with checksum file or BOINC? |

KLiK, I'm not sure why you're seeing signature issues. Can you please disable any security software you may have, i wonder if it is altering the files slightly.
Also, please send me your Scheduler requests and replies. You can post them here or put them somewhere the web and I can access them quicker. If those options don't work, then please send them to support@worldcommunitygrid.org. I want to make sure your agent is seeing the proper code sign key from our website. Another thing to try is. Uninstall the BOINC agent. Then Delete both the C:\Program Files\BOINC directory and your data directory usually in C:\ProgramData\BOINC. Once this is done, reboot your machine. Then install the BOINC agent again. Thanks, -Uplinger |

Thanks, -Uplinger Hi, as I'm using the computer on a work at SIEMENS (and SIEMENS uses BOINC for internal use), so I got permission for using it...but I can't disable the security protocols, example a TrandMicro Office Suite... :/ as for the requested files, they are here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/tw2z10ojtu56q2k/AACvSflo2s9XdKamfWHjjqdDa?dl=0 can u get sthg out of this? reinstall is the last resort...I'm doing the calcs on SETI@home (GPU calcs only) & Cosmology@home (which works right now)... it all started when I enabled the UGM project and new data came for that project... :/ |

KLik, Sorry i missed your reply yesterday. I have gotten the files and from initial looks, it appears as though you have the proper code sign key on your computer. Everything sent via xml reply has the correct signature attached to it.
My thoughts are this at the moment, there is something on your device that is preventing causing the issues. If you say it started when enabling UGM1, then you might want to try this before a reinstall. Detatch from WCG. Then stop the boinc agent. Once it is stopped, make sure that all knowledge of WCG is gone, this means deleting any files in your data directory that have www.worldcommunitygrid.org on them. Including in the projects directory. On you have have erased all the xml files and the projects folder that has a folder called www.worldcommunitygrid.org inside of it (do NOT delete the entire projects folder, just the subfolder). Reboot your machine (clear out some dns caches). Once your machine reboots, your boinc agent shoudl automatically restart and you should be able to attempt to attach to WCG again. The other thought is your security software may be preventing you from properly downloading the files. Since the last time you needed to download the application files, it may have updated it's protocols. One thing you might want to try is downloading the files manually to see if they match. So try to download: https://BDD7.https.cdn.softlayer.net/80BDD7/g..._mcm1_7.35_windows_x86_64 and then download this to another folder: http://grid.worldcommunitygrid.org/boinc/down..._mcm1_7.35_windows_x86_64 and make sure they match. I'm curious if your security software or network is corrupting downloads from the CDN. Thanks, -Uplinger |

The deleting of the files & restart DIDN'T help! :/
