Is there a way to get email notifications when a thread started by me is updated?
I can see that I can add this post/thread to my favourites, but that checkbox defaults to "Off", and I'm no so good at remembering to do stuff like this. |

There's no daily digest option, maybe hidden under System Default? IIRC that's what you could get. Stopped watching Beta forum support in general as you get an avalanche of mails when a test is running, whilst weekly is of course useless in this fast forward forum. Now only set Beta Test Announcements (Read Only), to get the soonest message of new tests and updates there to when sailing.

I was hoping for a mechanism that would do the equivalent of automatically watching threads that I started. Such a facility is common amongst other forums.
I particularly like the forum software that also allows email subscriptions to threads where you post, whether or not you started the thread. |
