Unknown error - exit code 195

On the Results Status page, one of my CEP work units has an error status. When I clicked on it, the pop-up said:
Result Log

Result Name: E227401_ 449_ S.246.C28H20N6S1.NEADLBXBGDYPIT-UHFFFAOYSA-N.1_ s1_ 14_ 0--

</stderr_txt>

After digging through the Community FAQs, I went to the BOINC FAQ Service page. If I'm reading it correctly, it was due to "the science application running the task failed for unknown reasons."

Is that correct, or did my computer screw up?

(If needed, I can copy the Event Log from download to the start of a new work unit.)

How long do bad work units stay in the cycle?

This particular w.u. has been returned 4 times with the same error, and it is out in the wild again... for the 5th time.

I believe they go for 10 tries to make sure it isn't some combination of hardware/software messing it up.

After five errors, the server won't send out any more copies of a work unit (unless some manual intervention is done).
