problem uploading a CEP tast
I have a completed task that can't upload - it's been trying for the last hour or so - what should I do ???

There seems to have been a glitch connecting to WCG and upload/download from ALL projects for ~ 90 mins

It now appears resolved and your completed WU should upload in due course.
