I'd recommend the project to release at random rather than predicable times because this would deter hoarding behaviour and people would process what they get rather than hoard and not be able to process them. +1Ralf  |

I'm very upset that I am not getting any WUs whatsoever for my Mac OSX machines. Has HST1 abandoned the Macs completely?

I'm very upset that I am not getting any WUs whatsoever for my Mac OSX machines. Has HST1 abandoned the Macs completely? There were only about 2500 units returned yesterday, so they are scarce for everybody. I just got the first one in about 2 weeks even though I have about 40 threads running. There are just so many to go around: scarce but not nonexistent. Cheers

There is currently no work being sent out for OS X only Windows and Linux. This is due to the Mac version producing a higher percentage of invalids. As for the other platforms there are no immediate plans to increase the work available. In the future this will be re-evaluated to determine if the amount of work can be increased.

I have to admit I'm starting to wonder how to get any work for HST1 anymore. The 3/33 stuff doesn't work most of the time when I try it. For the last couple times I didn't get HST1 WUs, it was outside of the 3/33 window. But I've not been able to snag a sing HST1 WU for probably 2 weeks now. It makes me wonder when I'll ever see one again.... Not sure if it will make you feel any better, but rest assured, you are not alone...Ralf  |

I'm getting a few WUs but most are short due dates which run as high priority. Just hope this is not level of work for the rest of the project.

Are all the work unit you talk about repair jobs e.g. with a _3 or_4 at the end of each job name? I am curious & you say most are short due dates. At the midnight stats update 2,425 jobs were returned yesterday. Assuming they were going out twice an hour it means per half hour there was 50.52 jobs sent out, hence the reason they are so hard to come by  |
