Like I've promised, this month we make 3 reports. Here's 1st one:

As promised, this month we do a 3 checks for ECDs.
----------------------------------------SCC got restarted, as did the FAH2. So take those numbers with big questions?!  Comments: - SCC got only few extra jobs, so we have only "postponed" the ECD. For how long? We don't know, but check info in topic here: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread_thread,39900 - FAH2 has been restarted, so it would take some time to import the WUs... - MCM has also been postponed, but we don't know how far & will this be the last postponing. Next ECD is after the summer, unless new cancer is also put to tests... All other projects are on time & not many changes there. Also, made some new CALCs, so expect some NEW implementations for the 1st of May! Some pretty neat things...

Not that it matters much, but my prediction for the end of the current batches on MCM1 is Aug. 15, 2017, which is actually pretty close to Klik's date. I do not have any inside information, but strongly suspect, barring some contrary announcement from the scientists, that there will be more batches forthcoming. Strictly speculative.

Cheers +1 for bold Right, it's 15th Aug now, it was 30th day or 2 ago...seems to me it's some more fluctuating WU times recently... What I have prepared is also, what even WCG hasn't got. Or they don't calculate that! So stay tuned for 1st of May for more... |

In beginning let me introduce what I've calculated. Been thinking of WCG & projects, especially the end dates & their weight on WCG. So I managed to subtract the future estimated of the (current) weight of the project from their ECD.
----------------------------------------What you have here now is the true way how ECD would have to be calculated. So that we & WCG with us don't think that we have enough of jobs for next 10 years. NO, WE DON'T! We'll finish our jobs on 2021, unless new project (or new expansion of the current projects) arrive! Here is the next ECD:  So you have 3 ECD now: - green ECD is from WCG on current date! - blue ECD is my own calculation...just making sure that WCG ECD software is running... - & pink ECD is with a speed up, when the one project ends & all other project keep crunching with the same (current) weight Only assumption done here in calcs is that every project can run on 100% of WCG infrastructure & 100% of our donations. To most projects that's true, but there are some projects that don't fit that. But as the time goes on, those estimates can be more accurate. As you can see, the end of all projects can be set on 2021, not on 2027.! Interesting isn't it?! |

Great feature, I am getting in the position to really use it. In about the next month I am going to start long slogs to Diamond (OET, OPENzica), based on your data I can hold off on FAH . When FAH2 &HSTB get out of their slumber I will focus on them to get to Sapphire.

---------------------------------------- SCC1 is going to finish this month, unless more data is found! MCM1 is on track for Sep., as this is a BIGGEST project we have accounting about 1/2 of WCG. HST1 got a big kick for ECD in early 2018 or end of 2017. OET1 same as HST1, early 2018 so far! ZIKA & FAHB are going to end some time in 2018, unless some other project(s) come in!  |
