OpenZika project update - March 2017

Hello Everyone,

The OpenZika research team has given us an update on the their work, which you can read here. The update includes details about their calculations, ongoing plans, and their work outside their labs to publicize the project.

Thank you very much for that extremely insightful update. It sounds like there's many interesting avenues being investigated, and has already been mentioned, this project will be around for quite some time.

it seems that the zika project is not optimised for the AMD 64Bit arch with AVX .... because the project runs slowly and seems to cause memory faults that crash windows....

anyone else reporting this kind of error ?
