I am not getting work units. I presume that this is part of the overall problem. My client says it has nothing to do.
Any idea when this will change? |

Is Keith the only person working on this?
----------------------------------------I would have thought the whole Team would be involved. Maybe I have the wrong impression since it's already Monday afternoon here and they haven't started work on Monday morning?

Maybe I have the wrong impression since it's already Monday afternoon here and they haven't started work on Monday morning? No, I am not the only one involved. Kevin Reed was on vacation and spent many hours with me yesterday to help resolve this as well. Others on our team have been helping in many ways, I am just the one posting about it on the forums. I am not alone. As for the comments on when this will be resolved. I do not have a solid ETA yet. But I feel we are getting closer to starting things back up. The commands that were running successfully completed and now I'm verifying parts of the storage system. This has all of the science data, so it is very important it is started properly. Again, we apologize for this outage and appreciate your patience as we get things running again. Thanks, -Uplinger |
