A new team thread should be supported.
First let me be a confidence builder for what it's worth: XtremeSystems is a very nice team/place to be Second I better let you potential new members know - in all honesty of disclosure of intentions attributed to me  I would be regarded as less of a poacher if I could succeed in more people joining the merry crowd here .... some question of some math  - and there would be more to poach for one wearing Base Camp blinkers- and do we need support! Yep, as we all get older and more infirm we need more support.
----------------------------------------I admit I know very little (sqrt)0 about Android crunching but I am starting to get the hang of Linux Right now what we need to do is pass on those skills to a younger generation before our collectively old memories give up completely. Some of you might have noticed that the Distributed Computing boys started a second forum after the original got into trouble whilst the owner was unwell. This was not a separation or divorce, rather a place where we have more direct control of the forum. XS itself is still a great place but now our needs are better served  |

I meant support for the Base Camp treks I have been foolhardy enough to engage Base Camp in, 36ish

One of my old favourite teams - the formerly very active The Edwardians is being decimated by members getting old or worse. I suggested they passed on knowledge. The young ones have all kinds of gadgets. I think they could get an egg timer to crunch if they put their minds to it.I admit I know very little (sqrt)0 about Android crunching but I am starting to get the hang of Linux Linux you're a genius, 36ish.Android crunching on phones and tablets is easy if you don't make it complicated. The problem can be physical. On my most fragile phone, Saphir12-Nathalie, a Sony Xperia M5 I need to watch the heat because the original sealing of the backcover had to go when the microphone gave way and needed repair. The third Swedish sealing seems to stick when I squeeze it ever so often. I run a max temp at 33C/91.5 F. This means that it takes breaks ever so often to let the battery cool down. It runs all eight cores. All this I explain so you can laugh at me because you know all there is to know about everything Running fewer makes it hot, too.  |

In true Base Camp fashion I had to run from the comfort of this team

The Xtreme Systems folk tend to be a pretty loyal lot and look out for each other. While we do work on a number of different project WCG has always been a strong focus.
