We replaced the setting yesterday (removed cep2 and the ability to limit mip1). It shouldn't be doing the behavior that is described so we are looking into what is going on since it shouldn't even look at the limit if you haven't selected the project. Some of the upcoming climate projects need this capability as well so we made the feature more generic so it could be used with multiple projects. Anyway - looking into this now. Sorry for the issue. We have taken a step to prevent people from getting unwanted mip1 work while we work on getting the full fix finished. At this point no-one should be getting unwanted mip1 work.

We have just deployed the full fix. We had to reset the MIP1 limited settings as part of the fix so if you had made a selection, you need to go back and set it again. However, people who don't want MIP1 work should no longer be receiving it from this point forward.

Appears to be working as intended now. Just downloaded tasks on 3 computers and did not get any of the unwanted mip1 tasks.
