ARP Work Unit Naming Convention

Is there any "convention" to the name of the ARP1 work units? Such as:
ARP1_rrrrrrr_ttt_x where the rrrrrrrr identifies the region, ttt identifies the time-slice (48 hour period). Example would be ARP1_0005555_000_0 would be the first 48 hour period for region 5555 and ARP1_5566_001_0 would be the second 48 hour period for region 5566. Or is the second field in the name just a sequential number? How many total regions are being simulated? If the initial goal is one year, then there should be approximately 183 48 hour slices per region. If we know the total regions we should be able to know the approximate number of total WUs.
