I need 20 days of work to get my 2 year badge. Then will stick with covid only.

At the rate they are sending out, it may be a while. Based on how long they take, you should need lees than 20 units to make to the 2 year badge. With as few of them available, I might as well just uncheck it and let others get the one-a-month I get.

boinc telling me "no more work units" for HSTB. I support COVID also and it seems fine is there something wrong in my "Device Project Name" / "Project Limits"

Nothing wrong on your end...HSTB work units are few and far between. Your computer has to ping the server many times (by completing work units and requesting new work) in order to have a chance of picking up a few HSTB.
