Good morning...
let me preface this post by saying I am relatively new to Linux and am currently running Kali, which I believe is Debian based. I would like to see the GUI that was present when I was running Windows.Is such a GUI available in Linux? If so, how do I get it started. Thank you. Nick |

Note: I did not confirm that Kali Linux is Debian based.
----------------------------------------The instructions that I follow to install boinc and boinc client are on this page: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewDownloadAgain.action#. From that page, select the Linux Ubuntu/Mint/Debian radio button. Has worked for me on several debian and ubuntu based distros. That will give you the same client gui as the windows download.
