This problem is on only one system, another 5 work ok. I think I know how it happened but cannot fix it.

On one of my systems that was set to use only Einstein or GPUgrid, I decided to allow new tasking for WCG as overheating was not a problem anymore. I observed the following error message

Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates

I thought a project file was corrupted so I detached and tried to re-attach and now see the following error

Communicating with project ... Please wait -- Failed to add project

I attempted to enable other projects and got the same error message about communication failure. I then remembered I had disabled TL/1.0 and Tl/1.1 using IISCrypto as the previous day I had been unable to access a web siite and I had to force my computer to use TL/1.2 I restored both 1.0 and 1.1 TL and rebooted.
This fixed the problem with other projects but I still cannot add WCG back on.

Boinc Manager says communication failure
Boinctasks gives: AddProject: Error -184

Any ideas?
