Cyclops, I have added another computer to my "farm" - ID 8705912. If you wish to use this one to test the scan feature to "add devices to users" function, that is OK. Just let me know your decision. I asked for some of these to be added at the start of April and they haven't appeared, now there are more too:
8697982 8698414 8699323 8700902 8705945 It seems absurd to me that it makes sense to add these by hand, why not set up a weekly batch job to find gaps and add them... |

I asked for some of these to be added at the start of April and they haven't appeared, now there are more too: 8697982 8698414 8699323 8700902 8705945 It seems absurd to me that it makes sense to add these by hand, why not set up a weekly batch job to find gaps and add them... Hi mikecrunches, I forwarded your message to a member of the tech team. Our automatic process for displaying devices on user profiles is currently broken and we are working on fixing it. The manual assigning is a temporary solution. |

I can see on the device info the amount of time/points/results each new machine has contributed, however these aren't reflected on the graph on my 'Overview' page... Nor have my results counted towards my total run time or time per badge. Is this something that will correct itself over the next day or so, or is it something the team need to further look into/manually adjust? I'm not running WCG for the points/badges, etc., but while that is a feature, I think it's a shame not to have my contributions count for it! And it means I can't accurately see how much I have contributed... I hope this gets sorted! Cheers, Chris    |

Results on your Overview page/graphs should calibrate and appear on your profile within a couple of days. If not, let us know so we can look into it. Regardless of what you see on the Overview page, all results are credited towards your accounts in the database. |
