six days ago I installed a new device. It's working and crunching, but I don't see it in the device list. :( And this way I can't change the profile either..... |

Directly emailing support@worldcommunitygrid.org with your device name and host ID so a tech team member can help you with it manually. |

They are working on updating your devices, hopefully, they will show up soon Still no change. It’s encroaching on nearly a month now since I added the device. Finally got an email reply from support (chiara.p - thank you) on Monday from a ticket I raised 2 weeks ago, but nothing new since. I’m not understanding what’s taking so long? To those raising tickets to support, yes do it. But unless I post my disappointment in the forums, nothing moves.
