Hi I sent an email last week with hostid & hostname but my device is still missing

Weird, I will ask a member of the tech team to look into and hopefully resolve it for you.

Nothing has happened after 2 emails to support since last week. My new device is still not showing up on my devices list. Please add it up.

I have the same problem. Results are showing up in results tab. I was hoping it would show up so I can change the device profile. Are the points generated included in the points total?

I'm missing newly configured device in My Devices. Statistics history is missing as well for machine.

HostIDs for the missing device is 8689717.

Any ETA for getting this fully resolved?

Hi marco2233, I sent your device info to a tech team member who will manually add your device to your profile.

We don't have a timeline for this issue as of now but we are looking into new solutions to fix it.
